We’re looking for an HR Manager based in Waterloo, Ontario who can operate both strategically and hands-on—partnering with the business while ensuring strong alignment to Ontario employment law and broader Canadian HR practices .

About the Role

This role is equal parts business partner, culture driver, and HR leader . You’ll support assigned business lines, lead HR initiatives, and work closely with operations to align people strategy with business goals—while ensuring compliance across Ontario and, where applicable, other provincial regulations .
