A leading Retail & Lifestyle brand is looking for a proactive and hands-on HR & Administration professional to manage end-to-end HR operations and office administration while contributing to a positive and high-performance work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, induction, and employee lifecycle processes

• Handle payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and HRMIS documentation

• Support employee engagement, performance management, and grievance handling

• Ensure compliance with labour laws and company HR policies

• Oversee office administration, facility management, vendors, housekeeping, and workplace safety

• Coordinate travel, guest management, and event logistics
