Human Resources Manager

OverviewLutron has an immediate opening for a Human Resources Manager in our manufacturing facility in Chihuahua.
In this position, you will provide HR leadership, insight, and support to the entire organization.This role is part of the facility's Leadership Team and is a key contributor to achieving business results while strengthening and advancing the Lutron culture.
