**Your Job**The HR Manager is responsible for aligning HR practices with business objectives, working closely with leaders and managers to ensure that HR initiatives drive employee performance and support business goals.
**Our Team**Makes decisions that affect the entire plant on issues related to talent development, service improvement, benefits, and other factors that impact employees.Is responsible for different metrics such as number of employees, turnover, absenteeism, and organizational climate.Responsible for labor legal compliance.The position performs complex tasks that require creative thinking and problem-solving skills.Has the authority to stop processes and act in situations where staff safety or product quality is at risk.
**What you will do**- Collaborates with plant management to understand business objectives and develop HR strategies that support these objectives.Leads and/or supports organizational change efforts as part of Change Management initiatives.
