Your Job 

The HR Manager is a strategic HR Business Partner for plant and business leaders, aligning people strategies with business priorities to enable growth, operational performance, and a strong culture. This role leads the local HR team, drives talent and leadership development, and strengthens employee relations in a high-paced automotive manufacturing environment—balancing advocacy, challenge, and partnership to deliver results.

You will support a site working on electronics manufacturing with significant growth and transformation, helping leaders successfully scale capability, culture, and execution.

Our Team

You will lead the plant HR team and partner closely with Operations, Plant Leadership, Engineering, Quality, EHS, Finance, and other functional leaders. You will also coordinate closely with the talent/training capability to strengthen bench strength, performance, and succession.
