Human Resources Manager

Metric DCX have partnered with one of the most exciting data centre developers in the world, with a global development pipeline, and the capital backing that will allow them to execute.

They are looking for a Human Resources Manager, to be based out of their Madrid office.

This position will be critical in enabling the growth and progress of some of the largest data centre campuses in the world.

Day to day, you will be responsible for general HR management for an office of around 40 people. You will be the first point of contact for employees when it comes to any HR matters, you will handle the generation of offer letters and subsequent onboarding of new employees, alongside other tasks in line with a rapidly growing business.

This position will report directly into the Chief HR Officer.
