Job Summary and Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Administrative Services Director, the Human Resources Manager oversees and performs general employee and labor relations activities falling under the areas of general HR administration. The position manages the team that focuses on recruiting, compensation, personnel recordkeeping, labor relations, employee development and other related HR activities for the City.
