Singapore serves as a key regional hub, and this role will anchor HR operations excellence across both Singapore and Thailand.

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-focused HR Operations Specialist to lead end-to-end HR operations across Singapore and Thailand .

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-accountability environments—owning payroll, compliance, and employee lifecycle processes with precision—while continuously improving systems and workflows. You will act as the subject matter expert for HR operations across both markets, ensuring strong governance, compliance, and operational discipline.
