Summary
Tier 1 HR Shared Services role supporting employees across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Delivering accurate, compliant HR support in German and English from the Lisbon hub within a fast-paced, SLA-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Act as first point of contact for HR queries (DACH region)
- Manage onboarding, offboarding, payroll inputs, and employee data changes
- Handle HRIS transactions using Workday/ServiceNow/Oracle
- Ensure accurate case logging, documentation, and SLA compliance
- Escalate complex cases to Tier 2 / regional HR teams
- Maintain GDPR and local compliance standards
