Human Resources Supervisor

Position Title: HR SupervisorPosition SummaryWe are looking for an experienced HR Supervisor to support our manufacturing operations in Mexico.
This position will be responsible for daily HR management and full-cycle HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, attendance management, payroll coordination, training, performance support, compliance, and HR administration.The ideal candidate should have 5–6 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably from large-scale plants or automotive / industrial manufacturing companies such as Top Group, Sanhua, Toyota, or similar organizations.
