What You’ll Do
Supporting company recruitment processes.

Managing the search and selection processes for our Young Talent Program.

Utilizing internal applications and digital recruitment platforms, resume screening, phone/online interviews, and identifying new talent.

Assisting in the management of agreements with various Educational Institutions (e.g., Collaboration Agreements, Internship Annexes).

Providing support in the administrative control and management of new hires/onboarding.

Managing and maintaining internal databases and the talent pool of profiles.
