This program aims to develop your technical knowledge, practical skills, and strong safety culture in high-voltage (HV) electrical infrastructure. You will gain hands-on experience while completing recognized power engineering qualifications at UCT Manchester. Key responsibilities include installing, maintaining, and repairing HV switchgear, assisting with testing and commissioning, and substation wiring. Ideal candidates should have GCSEs in Math, English, and Science, along with a keen interest in electrical engineering.
