As a CBRE HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining mechanical and electrical equipment for commercial HVAC systems at facilities by conducting proactive performance testing and ongoing scheduled maintenance.
This job is part of the IFM team. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.
What You'll Do:
Install, repair, adjust, and maintain air conditioning and cooling plant used for building. This includes heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems and production plant equipment.
