                Job Description Job Description Are you an HVAC Tech looking for an HVAC Sales Opportunity?
As a Comfort Advisor, you will sell residential HVAC systems throughout Santa Clara, San Mateo, and Contra Costa counties, using company-provided leads and scheduling.
- You will meet with customers and provide estimates within 48 hours (barring any special circumstances). No high-pressure, first-call closing. That's not our style.
- You will manage customer questions and needs throughout the sales and installation-completion process, including any immediate, post-installation issues.
- This is a 100% commission position, paid at 11% of a job's net, paid out after customers make final payments to our company.
- Potential pay ranges from $90,000 to $180,000, based on normal market conditions.
