Why This Role Matters
The HVAC Foreman supervises and executes daily HVAC maintenance activities at the STP, ensuring systems operate safely, efficiently, and as per maintenance plans. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role responsible for directing technicians and completing assigned work.
What You’ll Drive
Supervise and execute preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC systems in the STP plant
Assign and monitor daily work for technicians, ensuring quality and timely completion
Troubleshoot faults and respond to breakdowns to minimize downtime
Ensure compliance with PM schedules, PTW, LOTO, and safety requirements
Conduct routine inspections and monitor system performance
Coordinate materials, update CMMS records, and report daily activities
Work with other disciplines and maintain proper housekeeping and safe work conditions
