HVAC/R Service Manager - Memphis TN

ICS is Interior Climate Solutions, one of the largest and fastest-growing Commercial HVAC/R service companies with nationwide coverage, is seeking an experienced HVAC/R Service Manager to lead a team of the best HVAC Service Technicians supporting multi-site retail and convenience store customers across the Western Tennessee, Arkansas, and Northern Mississippi areas.

This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who understands commercial HVAC/R service, can manage field operations, and knows how to keep high-volume customers running with minimal downtime. The Service Manager is supported by ICS's centralized teams for dispatching, procurement, purchasing, and billing, allowing the manager to focus on technician leadership, customer satisfaction, service execution, and operational performance.
