Black & McDonald is seeking a Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician to join our Mechanical Service team in Vancouver, BC. This role focuses on the maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and installation of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems across the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley.
You will work independently and as part of a team to deliver high‑quality service while maintaining strong client relationships and adhering to safety and regulatory requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform scheduled maintenance and emergency service on commercial HVAC/R systems
- Diagnose and repair equipment including RTUs, AHUs, chillers, boilers, VRF systems, and refrigeration equipment
