Job Description
A state agency is seeking a Software Application Developer to join their team in Hartford, CT onsite twice per week.
This resource will be joining a project team and directly support a major legacy to cloud modernization initiative by implementing and maintaining both server‑side and user‑interface components within a .NET Framework 4.8 environment using Visual Studio 2022. This full‑stack role involves developing C# and ASP.NET MVC applications, building Razor‑based UI features, and managing background jobs and scheduled tasks while leveraging Entity Framework or ADO.NET for direct database integration.
