Qualifications
Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Food Safety, Microbiology, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a hygiene, food safety, or quality assurance role in hospitality or food service.
- Certification in HACCP, ISO 22000, or equivalent food safety systems is preferred.
