We are looking for an Access Management Specialist (m, f, d) for the role of IAM Manager .
Responsibilities
- Manage projects for integration and optimization of IAM processes according to the roadmap.
- Further develop IAM with new functions.
- Design and manage role creation and development, including tool and process optimization.
- Ensure functionality of access to buildings and applications/systems.
- Adapt IAM systems during restructuring.
- Design and integrate IAM in new divisions.
- Implement new or adapted business and IT authorizations and ensure their maintenance.
- Perform regular data reconciliations to ensure data quality in coordination with HR and master data managers.
- Review user authorizations.
- Ensure compliance with risk management and corporate governance.
