Job Description
Lead New Product Introduction of Turbochargers and other devices for Garrett Independent Aftermarket (IAM) including Applications and Platform Development for IAM customers and small Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).
Ensure that all milestones are met, budgets and quality targets achieved.
Plan and manage the development, industrialization and handover to final assembly plants.
Lead cross‐functional and cross‐regional engineering and ISC partners for successful launch.
Responsibilities
Plan and follow the list of NPI applications and platform development.
Activity requires close work with globally dispersed product management, engineering, manufacturing, supply base and supply chain teams which requires clear communication skills.
Schedule planning and adherence to milestones according to Garrett IAM NPI process, budget and BOM costs.
