Overview


We are seeking experienced Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) Support Engineers to join a 24/7 operations support team. This role is responsible for providing production support, incident management, and troubleshooting for enterprise identity and privileged access platforms, including SailPoint IdentityIQ, CyberArk, and secrets management technologies.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in IAM systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to support critical systems during US evening and weekend hours.


Key Responsibilities

  • The team will provide 24/7 operational support for IGA system processes like SailPoint, CyberArk and Secret Management tools,
  • Monitor systems and proactively identify issues. Collaborate with engineering, application, and infrastructure teams to resolve complex issues
  • Manage and resolve incident tickets in accordance with SLAs
