DUTIES: Complete technical review of construction drawings consisting of Architectural and Structural drawings. Analyze floor plans and elevations for required inputs into the energy modelling software. Identify insulation values and types of material used in the different building areas. Evaluate the various energy conservation measures by reviewing the Mechanical drawings. Review the thermal and cooling efficiencies of HVAC systems and understand the duct network of the type of system being used (water to air heat pumps, central chiller plant, etc.). Identify the type of domestic hot water system (central or residential) for the common areas and the apartments respectively.
