Intercompany RTR Specialist

This role is responsible for managing and reconciling financial transactions between 3M entities with advanced complexity. It ensures the accuracy and completeness of intercompany accounting records in compliance with internal policies (e.g., GFS) and accounting standards. The Senior Analyst collaborates closely with internal teams across multiple geographies to support month‑end close, reporting, reconciliation, and audit processes. This position is part of the Global ICO RTR COE based in the Philippines.
