ICT Executive

Job Title: ICT Executive (Special Education School) Job Purpose The ICT Executive is responsible for providing comprehensive ICT and Audio-Visual (AV) support to staff and students, ensuring the effective use of technology to enhance teaching, learning, and school operations. The role also involves managing ICT/AV resources and contributing to the development and delivery of ICT-related curriculum, including digital and media literacy. Key Responsibilities 1. ICT & AV Technical Support Provide first-line technical support for ICT and AV equipment (e.g., computers, tablets, projectors, interactive panels). Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues for staff and students. Support classroom technology integration, including assistive technology for students with special needs.
