We are currently working with a Wealth Management firm who are looking to recruit an IFA Administrator in their Croydon office. They are looking for someone who has experience working in a similar role.

Purpose


To provide pre and post-sales support to the Financial Advisers. To ensure that client documentation/requests are accurately processed and completed within the required time scales; and in accordance with the compliance guidelines as defined by the Company. To provide a high level of support to clients in an efficient, compliant and professional manner.


Responsibilities


Supporting two advisers with help on preparing reviews and annual valuations using back office system.


Preparing reports to clients following review process.


Assistance with processing any new investments and pension plans.


Knowledge of how to administer a mortgage application would be useful although a small part of the role.
