Lead a team of staff in the day to day operations of the assigned accounts to fulfil contractual key performance indicators

Deliver high service standards, drive continuous improvement and develop sound and sustainable business and operational strategies

Work closely with Technology team to implement Smart FM, IOT, in-house management and maintenance systems and other innovative solutions

Work closely with the Business Development team to provide technical solutioning in the pursuit of new contracts and to ensure existing contracts are renewed with better margin

Provide strategies and guidance for the onsite team to generate profitable additional works to improve the overall project margin

Take full accountability of profit & loss of the assigned accounts to achieve financial performance targets
