Essential Job Functions:
Create, test, update, and maintain operating system images for desktop and laptop endpoints Create weekly reports on number of issues, close rate, open issues, etc.Develop and troubleshoot complex task sequences in MECM to automate and streamline OS deployment, driver injection, application installation, and post-deployment configurations.Research, test, and maintain driver packages for multiple hardware models. Ensure seamless deployment across a diverse hardware inventory.Serve as the escalation point for OSD-related incidents. Diagnose and resolve deployment failures, imaging errors, driver conflicts, and task sequence issues.
