Implementation Analyst

On-Demand Group is currently seeking an Implementation/Business Analyst for a 6+ month contract engagement.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in working as an Analyst for client-facing SaaS implementations
• Understanding or experience with Figma (additional training available for Figma as well)
• Proficiency with JIRA and the ability to write User Stories and acceptance criteria.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite of products (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, etc.)
• Agile software development experience
• Healthcare industry experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to share creative and new ideas
• Organizational and time management skills
• Continuous process improvement skills
• Partnering and problem-solving mindset
