Implementation Consultant

About the Role:

The Implementation Consultant is responsible for the successful implementation of our most strategic clients and delivering Implementation as a Service, training, workshops, and education sessions during customer engagements. In addition to ensuring timely launch dates and high levels of customer satisfaction, this role will also take a leadership role in projects that bridge the divide between external stakeholders (the client), internal stakeholders (project team and other Spreedly business partners), and third-party providers. The person who fills this role will help us lead complex, multi‑layered global implementations for Fortune 500 clients, acting as a strategic consultant to enable Spreedly’s infrastructure in support of the client’s long‑term digital transformation goals. The ideal candidate for this role will have a clear understanding of how the technology works, how systems integrate, project management, and the payments industry.
