Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in WorkForce Software Implementation
- Experience configuring, mapping, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting complex software applications
- Strong experience leading requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and maintaining BRDs, use cases, and process diagrams
- Ability to analyze business processes, system interfaces, and recommend optimized solutions
- Experience with system testing (unit and system testing) and validation of requirements
- Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong client-facing presence
