Job Title: Implementation Engineer
Location: Waterlooville (On-site)
Reports to: Implementations Lead
Salary: £26k - £29k 
We’re looking for an Implementation Engineer to join Swan Retail, part of the ClearCourse group, based full‑time in our Waterlooville office. 
This role sits within our Operations team and plays a key part in delivering our EPOS and retail technology solutions to customers. You’ll be involved in everything from hardware set‑up and server configuration through to software installation and supporting both internal teams and external clients during implementations. 
It’s a hands‑on role where no two days look the same. You’ll be working closely with the wider Operations team, supporting delivery, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring everything is set up correctly for successful go‑lives. There may also be occasional travel to client sites for installations.
