This role will ensure every new client experiences a seamless setup, strong engagement, and continued success with the ArboStar platform.


What Youll Do


As an Implementation Manager, youll guide new clients - primarily tree care and landscaping businesses -through a seamless onboarding experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading onboarding and setup for new clients, ensuring smooth adoption of ArboStar tools

  • Maintaining proactive communication and follow-ups throughout the onboarding journey

  • Performing custom system configurations, integrations, and workflow setups
