This is a key customer- facing role responsible for leading the successful implementation of our solutions for clients across different industries. You will work closely with prospects and customers to understand their processes, translate business needs into implementation plans, and ensure our products are delivered effectively and on time. You will also collaborate with the Sales team during the presales process to validate technical solutions and implementation approaches, helping customers understand how our platform can support their operations.
