Import And Export Analyst

Job Description

• Prepare, review, and ensure the completeness and accuracy of export and import documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, Bills of Lading (B/L), Air Waybills (AWB), Certificates of Origin (COO), and customs-related documents.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers (PPJK), and relevant government authorities to facilitate smooth export and import operations.
• Monitor shipment schedules and track cargo movement to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.
• Support customs clearance processes and ensure compliance with applicable customs, trade, and import/export regulations.
• Coordinate with internal departments, including Production, Warehouse, Finance, and Sales, to ensure efficient execution of export and import activities.
