Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Import Operations Executive to manage end-to-end air freight import shipments and customer accounts. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth cargo movement, regulatory compliance, accurate billing, and exceptional customer service while coordinating closely with internal teams, customers, overseas offices, airlines, and service providers.
5.5 days week with alternate Saturday off

Key ResponsibilitiesImport Shipment Operations
- Manage import shipments from origin to final delivery in Singapore for Credit, Non-Credit, COD, and DDU customers.
- Process shipment pre-alerts, update operational systems, and execute shipments in accordance with customer SOPs.
- Coordinate with overseas stations, airlines, terminals, transport providers, and vendors to ensure timely cargo clearance and delivery.
