Responsibilities
- Draft and submit SKI BPOM applications for cosmetic products.
- Ensure completeness of technical and administrative documents (CoA, MSDS, invoice, packing list, BL/AWB, COO, NIE, etc).
- Collaborate with importers, suppliers, and internal teams to support smooth customs clearance.
- Monitor regulatory updates from BPOM and Customs related to cosmetics imports and provide the report.
- Monitor importer systems such as CID (Collaborative Import Document) / SAP to coordinate documentation.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree (Pharmacy, Chemistry, International Trade, or related field). Diploma (D3) are also welcome to apply
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in regulatory affairs (BPOM) or import documentation (cosmetics sector preferred)
