Roles and Responsibilities:
- Verification and handling of import-related transactions
- Keeping track of bills
- Accounting and confirmation of CHA/Frieght forwarders invoices Invoice payment using the bank website IDPMS
- Interaction with foreign suppliers
- Interaction between CHA and the purchase team
- Reconciliation of accounts for import merchants
- Verification of import merchants' balances in terms of Inco
- Attending talks with merchants who import and purchase
- Getting the import payable schedule ready
- Organizing audits pertaining to imports
