In-house Product Counsel

ZSA is working with a fast-growing Canadian technology company seeking to add a Product Counsel to its in-house legal team.

The ideal candidate will have 6 to 10 years of experience advising on technology products, enterprise SaaS agreements, and complex commercial transactions. This role will work closely with product, engineering, and sales teams on the launch and negotiation of AI-driven products and enterprise customer agreements. Strong business judgment, relationship-building skills, and experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced tech environment are essential. Privacy or AI-related experience is considered an asset.
