You'll also counsel on compliance issues while maintaining strong relationships with business units and external partners. Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and negotiate software and service agreements
• Maintain compliance knowledge and support regulations
• Liaise with external counsel as needed
• Participate in special legal projects
• Establish strong interdepartmental relationships
Requirements:
• Juris Doctorate and active bar association membership
• Over 5 years of relevant legal experience
