IN_RBAI_TAXATION_IN
Undertake, support and supervise Direct & Indirect tax compliances for RBAI and realize tax incentives or refunds to contribute to cash liquidity and minimize risks.
Participate in implementation of internal tax strategies by maintaining uniform tax positions and defining control measures for effective governance and Manage Litigations
Determine the best business solutions by close interactions with internal and external networks to optimize tax benefits
Provide resolution on queries across functions on tax laws to create and further awareness
Qualifications
B.Com with taxation specialization
CA, CMA, MBA in Finance would be advantageous
Additional Information
5 plus years of experience working in Big 4s or Tier-1 Tax Firm or Multi National Companies
Experience in tax compliances, filing refund applications, tax advisory and litigation matters
