In-Store Beauty Brand Educator & Sales Lead

Sales Education Manager – Madrid, Paris, or Milan (3 roles available)

Are you a field‑based beauty sales professional who thrives on being on the road, building relationships, and bringing brands to life in‑store? We’re looking for experienced Sales Education Managers with strong Sephora beauty brand experience to lead field execution across Madrid, Paris, or Milan. These are three different opportunities in each city.

The Role

This is a high‑impact, on‑the‑ground role where you’ll spend the majority of your time in store visiting more than 100 doors, educating, motivating, and driving performance through exceptional product storytelling and relationships.

You’ll act as a true brand ambassador, working closely with store teams to elevate knowledge, increase sell‑through, and ensure our products shine on the shop floor.
