Job Purpose:
To promote products and support sales in retail stores, engaging with customers, demonstrating items, and helping with stock forecasting.
Responsibilities:
Demonstrate TD SYNNEX products of the assigned vendor in the store
Showcase product features and benefits to customers
Provide hands-on demonstrations to encourage trial and purchase
Answer questions and provide product-related information
Promote special offers and upsell related products
Assist in achieving daily or weekly sales targets
Maintain clean and well-stocked displays
Observe customer behavior and preferences
Collect and report customer feedback according to vendor goals
Monitor inventory levels and report low stock
Support procurement forecasting by monitoring stock levels and sales trends
Maintain daily activity logs or sales reports
Share performance updates with supervisors
