Receive and process client walk-in or phone orders, inquiries, and/or issues covering items or products ordered along with showroom sales and inquiries from walk-in clients. Accountable for meeting sales targets associated with Linde Canada packaged gas business.

What you will enjoy doing

• In this role, you’ll support both walk-in and phone customers.
• You’ll process orders, answer questions, and help them find the right products. You’ll also actively sell gases and welding products, and look for upselling opportunities.
• You’ll handle transactions end to end. This includes cash, charge, and credit card payments, as well as updating orders for invoicing when needed.
• You’ll help manage inventory at the branch. This includes monitoring stock levels, handling surplus inventory, and supporting shipping and receiving for customer orders and branch transfers.
