Job Summary:
As an In-Store Visual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating an engaging and visually appealing in-store experience that reflects the brand identity, drives product sales, and enhances the customer journey. You will implement visual standards, maintain store aesthetics, and ensure all product displays are creative, on-brand, and optimized for customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute visual merchandising strategies and guidelines to drive foot traffic and sales.

Execute seasonal window displays, interior setups, and promotional signage.

Ensure all visual elements (e.g., mannequins, shelving, lighting) are well-maintained and up to date.

Conduct regular floor walks to assess merchandising effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.

Monitor inventory levels and ensure product replenishment is timely and well presented.
