About the Role

The In-store Visual Merchandiser is responsible for creating and maintaining an inspiring, on-brand in-store environment that reflects the prestige and identity of Dior. This role bridges creativity and operational excellence, working closely with the office Visual Merchandising team to bring seasonal stories to life across all retail touchpoints.
Job responsibilities
Visual Merchandising & Display
Plan, execute, and maintain window displays and in-store visual merchandising in full alignment with Dior's global guidelines and brand standards.

Ensure on-the-rack styling reflects current seasonal direction and elevates the overall store aesthetic.

Set up, organize, and refresh showcase and focal point displays to maximize product visibility and client engagement
