Exigences-Experience

  • Diplôme d’études secondaires et six mois d’expérience au service à la clientele.

  • Excellente maîtrise des logiciels Word, Excel et habiletés liées à Internet

  • Habileté en communication orale et écrite

  • Bilinguisme (parlé/écrit) français et anglais

  • Très bonne aptitude à communiquer et à travailler en équipe

  • Disponibilité à travailler selon un horaire variable, notamment le soir et la fin de semaine

    • Fonctions Principales – Primary Tasks

  • Fournir des informations générales et conseils afin d’enrôler des clients

  • Accès et négocier des systèmes d’information

  • Take ownership of customer’s issues/problems by using call control and selective sales techniques

  • Acts as primary contact to insure follow up and resolution that meets and exceeds the customer’s expectation.
