Responsibilities

  • Answer high-volume inbound and/or make outbound calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions for problems or inquiries.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints, escalating complex issues to supervisors as needed.
  • Process customer orders, payments, and requests for service.

Requirements

  • Amenable to working onsite (office-based)
  • Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
  • Completed High school (old or new curriculum)
  • Good to excellent in verbal, listening, and communication skills.
  • With BPO experience is a plus but NOT required
