Inbound Call Specialist - Customer Service Representative

We are currently recruiting for an Inbound Call Specialist to join this leading Not-for-Profit organisation on a parental leave contract.

The Role:
Joining the Public Affairs team, you will be the first point of contact for supporters and the general public, providing a high level of service across phone, email, and written correspondence. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling inbound calls from current and potential supporters
• Accurately recording and actioning enquiries, redirecting where required
• Processing donations over the phone
• Managing shared inboxes and responding to email and written correspondence
