We are looking for an Inclusion Lead, with some teaching responsibility, to join our school as a member of our Leadership Team.

St Matthew’s is proud to be an inclusive school. We are looking for an inspirational Inclusion Lead/SENDCO to continue developing SEND and PP provision in the school. The SENDCO/Inclusion Leader Role will have some class responsibility in addition to the role. This role would be part of our Leadership Team. Ideally, you will have the SEND qualification or be willing to take part in the programme immediately.

 We are looking for a candidate who shows:
Experience of working with children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities

Thorough knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice

The ability to lead staff in developing their knowledge and expertise in working with SEND children

The ability to support, enhance and monitor the work of Teaching Assistan...
